Our team evaluates case by case the compatibility with the Golden-Living formula — medium and long stays for active people aged 58+ — based on the existing licence/authorisation, the length of the proposed stays and the services offered.
Each pilot must be verified based on the existing licence/authorisation, the length of stays, the services offered and the contractual framework. The goal of the first phase is not a residential conversion, but the validation of a hospitality/living formula compatible with the property.
